I'd be surprised it it didn't but the impact will be small in general and difficult to detect/test.

But it would be very easy for devs to turn various little variables into factors/co-efficients/multipliers such as performance co-efficient, injury co-effefficient, foul co-efficient etc. What else would the coders have had to do if not applying factors to decision outcomes.
