hey my friend Nicolas, your work is remarkable but I decided not to spend much time studying rates/form of the team because the game game is to unstable and there is a random factor that cannot help you make some clear conclusions.
I 'm not against this randomness because luck is a strong factor in football and also it's keeping the interest of that game - or else the stronger team would won every time.
As we talked before, I invested my time in the part of the game about fast trainers and still keeping this because I can see some pattern there and have some results that can help me (and decided to share it in the forum).
I kept some records and tried to found some patterns in form and injuries too but it was to random so I dropped it.
I just follow some basics, that's it.

I have another team which I 'm trying to keep it in the same league this season. Here is a game I had today.

I shall agree with you on the randomness for some games, it makes it more interesting and luck do matter a lot.

But, on the other hand I think you can have the control of your players's form till some level.
That's what I am trying to find out. What can we do to have the most of our players in good form.

I know that we cannot have 100% control of all players but so far I saw that we can have 80-90% of our team in good form for the majority of the season. I will continue studying and observing changes depending on the different changes I make concerning the rotation , benching , training and tactics.

I have the same issue with my back-up striker (5* as well) and still working on some experiment with him to see how this can be stabilised. I want to see wether benching or have him play only on easy games to have him score and be more confident.

In my second team I have a friend, lv14 who wanted to play an easy friendly with my team



well, I had the ball possession and shots and he had a yellow card and 34 tackles. He managed to won in penalties *formations both legal



Ok, maybe because he had 2 GKs in DC and DR positions.



but I really don't understand how he get that rates
getting a draw against a 12 levels lower team ???



*ps : his academy player (GK) Stouraitis could start a great career as DR -if only could face opponents 40-50 quality bellow

Played yesterday a game and won 13-0
Almost every shot was a goal.
Opponent GK had zero saves but he got a 7 (same as mine)




Maybe because he is a DR
(it's an abandon team and the GK playing as ST)
