And the match begins on a bad note as Dudster midfielder gets a yellow card. The free kick attempt is stopped but Devrimol has to be careful now during 89' mins. It's a very close match, the possession is split 50/50. At this moment, Shalom's midfielder gets through Dudster's defense. Passes one, two defender, gets through to the goal and puts it in the back of the net. 12 mins in and Dudster are already 1-0 down. Shalom now has the lead and intends to keep it on their home ground as the fans are delighted with the start of the match. Mike decides to make a few change of tactics. Seeing that the opponent formation has the upper hand, he decides to go with a more defensive approach, waiting for an opening to counter attack. And it pays off! Almost half time, Bernardes, AML from Dudster gets the ball and decides to shoot it from 20 meters. The ball sails... AND GOAL!!! What a shot from Bernardes! We don't usually see him on the pitch, but when he's there, he makes an impression! Half time whistles and the score is 1-1. Coach Mike goes back in the locker room and has a few words with the team.
The boys are back in for the second half. Still a very tight game from both sides. Joe Devrimol, who was carded at the first minute, makes good use of his excellent foot work, gets in front of the goal keeper and beats him! 2-1 for AS Dudsters, what a goal! Devrimol never disappoints!
Shalom Jewish FC get back on the offense and have a few attempts that either go wide or stopped by the defense. Z. Bingham gets a bit too physical when stopping the opponent and gets a yellow card. Free kick, nice cross from the opposition but AS Dudster's great aerial defense protects its net once again.
Mike decides to substiture Bernardes, author of the equalizer, to bring in Cantareil who was just cleared this morning to play. He should bring some good opportunities. Only a few seconds after the substitution, Dudster's Irish midfielder McGuiness shoots a screamer... AND IT'S GONE THROUGH!! 3-1 FOR AS DUDSTER!! The crowd is going insane, what a strike from McGuiness, the goal keeper was helpless.
This is a great scenario for AS Dudster. Despite a tight game, they manage to get 3 goals so far. Mike goes for a second sub, striker Arwaresuemae goes back in and Al-Nawayseh goes in instead. Big strike force, we could see an other goal!
Shalom Jewish FC this time are putting some strong offense. AS Dudster are losing a bit of possession. G. Smith makes a bad tackle but is only warned by the referee. The opposition has an injured player, S Maroz, their scorer This will be a problem for them in the rest of the match.
This game is almost over, ultimate attempt from the opponent, but it is blocked by the defender and flies into a corner. Cross comes in but it's headed away for an other corner. The players are complaining to the referee, they ask him to put an end to the game but a few seconds are left to play. Shalom takes this opportunity to address a great cross, met by one of their players. It's a goal! They reduce the score right before the end of the match.
Referee blows the whistle. Final score 3-2 for AS Dudster.
Comments: What a match!! We had a nice lead for most part of the match, despite us being away. Great reaction from the coach with his change of strategy. The players gave themselves great scoring opportunities that payed off. Now we will have to confirm this at home!

Today's other match. Putting the B team to work and they bring home a slightly dissapointing 3-0. Yes, I say dissapointing because there were so many missed attempts against a team that was so weak and had misplaced players.
