    Not training is as bad as over training, try splitting the training up but just use stretching and cardio, cardio 4 hours before the game and stretching some time after the last game.

    No training means your U21's are missing around 40-60% gains.

    tell ya why your the last team he wanted to play for , its only for the fact there lass wanted to move back to north east , that he had to sign for you lot , see ya next season in the championship

    Oh! and don't use rest packs to train.
    PT is a different matter.
    Just one more bump their P/M stats to match their primary skill, DC with 30 in defence at least 30 in P/M,
    I usually have them around .4 -.6 higher. MC's a full skill higher.
    My reasoning is you can't learn new skills and play matches if your P/M is not in top order
