I need an advice from the masters of this game.

I'm playing the season 23, level 22, but I'm stuck by two seasons:

1. I can not win a trophy anymore: league, champions and cups are full of teams from the upper levels. Of course they always win everything and last season for the first time I didn't qualify to champions.

2. no more fight for players: all the auctions are deserted. You can buy a 18 yo 10 skills to the scout level with just one token

3. no more sells: you can't sell any player, except those with quality finishing in 4/9, and just during the first days of the season. You have to sack all the other players.

4. no more scouts: I managed to buy 3 scouts in 2 seasons and 3 days. Unless you want to buy a 29yo with 132 quality..

In one word: no more market and no more competitions.

Is there any way to change this server? Tanking a couple of season could help?
