Cant win a league game. or score goals

So I don't mean to brag but my team is pretty good. Probably has the highest rated players in my league. I recently bought a scout striker (one on one) and he is the best striker in the league. The only thing is he hasn't scored in 8 matches. he actually also gets really low game ratings like a 3 or 6 at most.

In the league I also have not been able to win a single game. I am second to last in the table, even tho I always play formations that will take advantage of the opponent. This last game I have 60% possession and 10 shots while only 2 were on goal. This has been the case for this season. even though I play with that same scout striker and lam and ram.

This is killing me as I don't know whats wrong. I bought a couple other scout players and it doesn't seem to help. I mean how does a scout striker have 0 shots on goal! this is my 11th season and and always place in the top 2 positions in the league. I will probably stop playing it seems like I can't do anything to win a league game this season.

it s all about for your for formation and arrows...try to play everything with default..just choose your mentality

in my experience sometimes scouts with low ratings can kill your teams performance, maybe this is happening to you, I had this once.

your not the only one, i`v been struggling against teams that are 7 to 13 rating worse than me but against similar rated team`s i`m winning easily ??

As said above not all scouts work, so time to move him on and try another striker.

Have you been trying him out in the other striker slots?

I wouldn't panic just yet either! Game engine seems to be a little strange so far this season on my server as well. Today alone, in the champions league their were 3, 3:3 draws, all three games were 3:0 at one point. There were a couple other strange draws as well, like a team salvaging a draw in the final minutes while down to 9 men and another draw where one team had 20% possession. I'm happy to have picked up a hard fought 2:0 win although having a 14Q advantage, in lieu of these other results.

Nordeus might just be trolling stronger teams to prompt more token buying.

As said above not all scouts work, so time to move him on and try another striker.

I really don't want to sell him but he cost me 50 coins lol. I did a couple offers and got about 100 free coins and it seems that both scout players are horrible. Today was the last straw I lost a league and champions game after dominating possession. The striker and also the midfielder can't seem to have a higher rating than 6. I never had this experience and I even just played a friendly game and that striker ended up scoring two goals but he still only reached a 6 and I lost lol. As much as it hurts me I will bench them. I guess it is realistic that sometimes players won't work in new teams but it is completely weird that after always fighting to win everything I can't even get a simple draw.
\SO what do you all recommend, not buying scout players?

Sometimes it happens. Last Season I couldn't win a home game in first half - 6 home draws and a loss. Scouted Striker went 6 or 7 games without scoring.

I benched him and brought him on as a sub until he started scoring. Striker then went on a better run of a goal a game and ended up winning the league on Day 28. Ofc he still can't score a FK with his SA but lets ignore that

Other striker in 2nd team last season scored 42 league goals in 13 matches then 12 in next 13 matches. That team won the double and this season lost first 5 league games....it happens, one day its your turn and you just have to get through it.

Wow crazy! I don't want to sell him since he cost me 50 coins so I will probably keep him on the bench. Hopefully it is not too late and I can turn it around. Luckily the league is pretty even and there isn't one team that is ahead by a lot.
