LEAGUE:
Well, Academy FC (41.7*) had a decent weekend, moving into 2nd place in league, 1 point behind 1st (who has played one more game and is 42.7*). Third place (41.9*) is 2 points behind, fourth place (42.8*) is 2 points behind, and fifth place (43.4*) is 5 points behind. Today's match is against 13th place (35.5*). My final 6 games are all against teams ranked 5th or worse (13th, 12th, 5th, 10th, 9th, 8th). Looks like I may have a chance to take 1st in the league after all!

CHAMPION'S LEAGUE:
I severely underestimated my CL Semi-Final opponent (or over-estimated my bench). With a 36.7* rating, I chose to field a lineup with subs and reserves. I played a 4-5-1V against their 4-4-2 (flat). I ended up losing the home match 4-1, and now have some serious ground to makeup in the away match. I will be sure my starters are healthy and well rested when we play tomorrow evening. Sadly, I have the highest rating of the remaining teams and look the least likely to win CL, or even make the final.

CUP:
In the Semi-Final Cup match, AFC hosted K.F. Prishtina (42.2*) for the first leg. I fielded my starters and played my usual 4-5-1V. KFP played a 4-3W-3 and barely pulled level before the end of the match. The 2nd leg takes place at an unfortunate time (2am in my time zone) so I will need to make sure my team is rested and ready when I go to bed tonight. If I can win this match, the remaining teams are all of a lower quality, so I have a chance to take the Cup!

Quick UPDATE

It has been a quiet season, out of the CUP in ROUND 2, out of CL in group fase (3rd), LEAGUE most of the time in 5th.



Still have to play against 6th, 9th, 4th, 2nd and 11st
Have a slitly change to end in 4th place but not very likely, can secure promotion today.

About transfers:

I sold Carchedi, my long time MC, i think i bought him with 19 or 20 years old i dont remember.


I bought a scout MC, has been my star this season.


And i bought a nordgen for 5 tokens, but His playing really well.


I also got a New ST FROM ACADEMY, so far so good


Today i bought 2 players 1 token each, a DC/DL with SA and a DR
And i am selling my long time players

Jordanic, bought him with 19, has been my main DC for so many seasons with Maillot


Costa, former academy player, has always been a sub.

July Fourth this morning have won the league title barring maths (12 point lead, 4 games remaining, far superior GD), But we were beaten 3-1 on agg by LaFruta in the Cup Semi-Finals which ended the treble possibility once again, these days July Fourth is more casually run and I don't watch many of my matches now.

Tomorrow 2nd leg of cl but after 1:4,first leg victory I should reach it too.
League will be decided next 2 games while I play 2 n 3. All more than 3 points out of this 2 games should bring me the title { currently 5 points n 23 goles clear]

Ofc Celtic Rangers did the Buffs Franchise proud after reaching their 4th Cup final in 5 seasons.

League: Buffs FC played host to KayCee FC - the strongest team on paper in the league but languishing in 5th. The Buffs ran out 2-0 winners and now have a 7pt lead over 2nd who they play next.
