I can only dream of a TL like that one. If it's a role I can use I tend to go with the Youth, rather than TL. I hate bidding wars, even a small skirmish of 8 rounds still bugs me. I prefer to not do that. Early in the Season the TL on BvB server is pretty competitive, I don't even try the first week to buy anyone on the alt teams since I don't buy them any T and can't afford to lose auctions. Even with BvB I would rather buy the Youth, they have usually been really good for me long term.
