different server different tough bidding opponent i guess

in my server, token buyers are mostly europeans (sweden, turkey) but the persistent ones are thailand and malaysia. although their average rating is not very good, they can use all tokens they have and force you to bid more than 15 times

On my server It is hard to get a 4* star 19-23 quality aged 18-24 and It's level 2, I wonder how is it going to be on level 3.
