why player reduced the experience after up 7 star ???

Any pro can explain why player reduced the experience in training after up 7 star ?
Ordinary my player not any special when training, still is -3% got 10% experience or more.but today i add point let him up 7 star and he training only got 50% experience of 1 package train. examples : ordinary 1 package train -3% is 10% exp,but now only get 5 or 6% exp . and package -9% is got about 30% exp but now only got 16% to 18% .
what 's happening and why ???

always when you win a star the player train a little bit more slowly... with 3* maybe win 150 exp. ...4* maybe 120.... 5* maybe 95.... 6* maybe 60.... 7* 40 exp....

and if you save the cones to don't win the star and try to train fast till the 9 star the game recognizes the cones as added so not possible to cheat or something

and this thing makes you wondering if it's worthy to go for another (extra) position on the player or adding a special ability instead of spending twice double green packs
