Had not noticed that (just saw your thread about it after reading this reply)

Revised schedule on when to build your final youth academy:

When you build youth, make sure the last upgrade occurs on day 14 (of the season).


level #------------------days until youth appear------------------build on day
L10 (Youth Academy)------------12-----------------------14 (or 2, 6, 10, 18, 22, 26)

If you build on the days in the (), your youth will be on the correct schedule.
