Players Wage

Lately I've noticed that whenever I assign a training point my players wage goes up. You can see it change as you assign it then it closes. Sometimes it's going up almost 50k+ . Is it a bug or is that normal?

I noticed today it went back down to normal, so maybe it's assigning bonus? Thanks for any help!!

Oh, thanks so much, I tried searching but didn't have much luck. I wasn't too concerned but had wondered why!
