League: Buffs FC keep grinding out the narrow wins against top 6 teams with a 2-1 home win and 1-0 away. Still top by 5pts with 2 to play, one of which is against 3rd.

Cup: The dream dies but Buffs played valiantly against an all 7* side, although we fielded 3 too. Both managers watched. Both defences were strong in the centre. Key moments for the Buffs at the end were injury to Steve Nicol, DC in 85 mins, their GK saving a "Majestic leap" header from a FK on 89 mins and skimming the Crossbar from a FK at the end of the first period of ET. In the 2nd half the Buffs ran out of steam and were under constant pressure, praying for PKs.

Champions League final today but we are not expecting any fireworks, I'm also away from the touchline too... So basically team and orders are setup for the match and hope for the best I guess.
