WTF about transfert (since last season)?

Hi, not often here,
when i come it's to speak about problems, as i don't get interesting answers i don't come often on the forum^^
today it's about transferts,
since last season, it looks like "you" (I mean Nordeus) joined several servers togheter ( i saw new teams),
it was a good thing for the competition, the last 3 or 4 seasons was always with same players, 80/90% of the league were friends..quite boring..)

BUT, in the same time it became impossible to sale a normal or good player, they have to be young and very good,
even like that you're not sure to sale it!!!

Last season i was thinking "it's normal, many servers together, so many players for sale, it's going to be regulated"..
But no, still the same thing, even worst!

I have to let them go for free very good players (or staying 3 seasons at the same level,lol) if i want to get a competitive team. Fortunately i never bought any token and still have enough but it really sucks,sorry..

So, would nordeus do something for that major problem?

i sold 8 player`s at start of season age 23 to 24 no problem but 3 of those of those was on neg list, so if you plan ahead on who you might not want and depending how old save their skill point`s and leave them 1 skill away from next star as player`s will come in on first day via neg list rather than go into bidding war on the transfer market

Lol, thanks for your answer, i usually do that to get good offers on negociations ( with 15/30 skill points to give..),
playing for many seasons (3 years and more) but those 2 last seasons even 183/184 (5* for us) 18/19 y.o is hard to sale..it's really crazy, it's why i'am posting here.
imagine when you have only 182 / 20 y.o players to sale,LOL..

and f**k, my english is really to bad to express myself as i want :/

The higher levels of course it is harder to sell players, the people buying are more savvy, and there are less of them. I think too higher level managers keep their players longer. I do, anyway, as do some of my friends.

I find it really hard to sell 5* players because they are only attractive to managers on my level..and so I don't even bother trying. They get sold Day 1 or 2 of the next season, also any players that get bad ratings I wait to sell til then so the ratings don't show. MC's are the very hardest to sell, of any star level, because they are most numerous on the TL. I train the guys I want to sell a little extra to try to get them nearer their next star, this makes them more attractive, as well as more useful if I can't sell them right away maybe they will play better. And like spornybol says if you can get them a point away from their next star they might sell themselves in Negotiations, also if you make friends with teams one or two levels below you they might want to buy some of your guys.


If you have a ton of SP saved you could also consider giving the player an SA to make him more attractive to potential buyers.

what do you cal higher level? between level 31 and 33 there is not a so big gap,no??
before servers fusion it was "normal", hard to sell but sold in some days.
for example, i have a 182 players, 23 y.o with a SA..even at the cheapest price nobody wants him since 2 weeks..
I have friends of many level, but why would they buy a 20/22 y.o players when getting a 184 / 18 y.o for just 1 token is so easy?
Giving SA is not valuable, it cost 200 tokens or more to give one, better to let the player go for free (or paying him until the end of contract) and take new cash with tokens..)
It's actually a big non-sense in the game!!

..I just took time to check each player of the auction list (first page), there wasn't any bidding on any players ( at 9.00 AM here in europe)..
