Decreament of stars after reaching level 3rd

I was in second level then I was runner up, so promoted to level 3rd. All my players get decreament in stars. Why?? And only one token.

each seasson players with 4 stars become 3 stars , 3 to 2 stars and etc.. u need buy each time new players

Oh. That's good. But how. They don't even give tokens. Now how to buy. I have to use that team only. I don't have that much of tokens and I don't want to buy them. I have only 1token now.
