I bet it's cheating.

You'd need thousands and thousands of euros/pounds/dollars to get a team like that and no farming can give you anything close.

Trust me, I know some peope which have teams like that and they only farm, never payed single €. However, this year there is less farming sources and it is harder to earn anything now.

There are two reasons
One - the sources (T/ packs) are very cheap there and few people that have privilege positions/jobs can buy a lot
Two - they hacked the game and it's spread in some local blogs.

I wonder if there is any procedure - one player to sent an image/info to Nordeus (support ?), the company search the thing and if it's happening, to ban the player from the game.
I never read anything about that happened ever.
