There are two reasons
One - the sources (T/ packs) are very cheap there and few people that have privilege positions/jobs can buy a lot
Two - they hacked the game and it's spread in some local blogs.

I wonder if there is any procedure - one player to sent an image/info to Nordeus (support ?), the company search the thing and if it's happening, to ban the player from the game.
I never read anything about that happened ever.
