    Hey Nik you can do all the research you want but let me tell you one thing these all things mean nothing...Every thing is cosmetic in this game...They have been just created to fool around and that's the reason why they never answer to our question related to game play...

    I 'm surprised because many, specially new members, insist that they want the option to add sp to special abilities or extra position while I doubt if they know if it's actually working.
    So, I 'm thinking that either they know or I don't know (even if I had search back 2 years ago the forum posts or talking a lot with other experienced players).

    Look experienced managers on here are trying to point out post after post why auto-add is a terrible thing,BELIEVE them. When you play at higher levels you lose 30-40M + per day just in player wages. Add to this upto 15M in player win bonus,your choice but can reflect in results,so -55M or so before fixtures daily. You cannot recover this so finances decline rapidly,unless you wish to buy 85 tokens worth of virtual money to compensate every season or so?. Now add to this the fact that at these levels unless ending 4 or 9 you cannot sell players,and even then 24yr old + just wont sell, hence no room and no funds for new blood. So we get players ready for sale on Negotiation and try to negotiate good money and a couple of tokens at beginning of season But we have the option of building up skillpoints on these players and if we cannot find young like-for-like replacements or get good money then
    we can renew these players contracts add skillpoint so they progress for next level . here is an example

    exactly, i`v been managing my team this way and with selling player`s too a level below to managed my finance to keep 90% of squad but with auto assign i`l be in debt in 13/15 games and best player goes on market when i`m debt because Nordeus automatically place, again auto by Nordeus ?? who is managing our club ? Nordeus or US and who`s going to buy him at higher level and if no bids do i keep him ?

    To all of you posters, and hopefully the Nordeus T11 team as well, here are my likes and dislikes about 2015. Have now had the chance to look closely at 2015 for a day and a half, and have played a good few matches. What stands out for me now is (dislikes first, that appears to be the trend ...):

    - Where can you view the prize money for the various rounds of the three tournaments? If you don't know the prize money, how can you assign realistic bonuses for the players?

    - Where is the ability to compare two players from one's team, or a player on the auction list with a player on one's team?

    - Where is the ability to view players' exact condition percentages? Without the percentages one cannot do any real targeted training, and - apart from the 1st week of a season when everyone's buying and selling frantically - targeted training is about the only thing one can do in T11 between matches.
    I even guess Nordeus could lose revenue on this one, because users will very likely train their players less now they don't have a clue about players' exact progress, players will then get fewer injuries, and Nordeus won't sell as many treatment packs for tokens as before.

    - Where is the ability to view players' exact morale percentages?

    - The much-hated auto-assignment of tokens is for me to see primarily a problem if one has a players with skills ratings ending in 4 or 9 that one uses but plans to sell soon. If the auto-assignment of skill points take those players to a level ending in 5 or 0, those players become much, much harder to sell.
    My biggest problem about auto-assignment is actually that it happens so fast that you completely lose track of which players are progressing, and how, despite the fact that you can target the assignment for each player as part of their properties. Needs to be re-thought.

    - The bottom-right-corner pop-ins about other matches only feature avatars, of which many users have standard ones. The pop-ins should at least display team names.

    - If not using Facebook one starts the game with a Not Now button - that's even weirder than closing Windows via a Start button ...

    I'm surprised that the T11 2015 beta round didn't catch at least some of these very obvious blunders.

    - To be fair: There are many, many improvements as well. I especially like the ability to look closely at the opposition's stats, which I don't think one was able to in the previous versions for mobile/tablets. The matchplay is also much improved, although it is still miles behind e.g. FM15, even on mobile/tablets. The negotiations feature I still have to get my head around, but it could well be a winner. And much to my surprise I really like the match audio and how it's synced to what happens on the pitch.

    If my concerns above could be fixed in a coming update, I actually believe that we could have a really decent T11 2015 mk. II.

    Yes..it's true...

    1 of my team at level 16..I just trying to sell 3 players ending with 8 but no hope..today is 5th day i listed but no response..Their performance is very oki also.This thing has never happend b4 the update.now Im in debt coz the problem of wages..It forced me to sell 2 of my defenders that ending with 9 to recover back 130 mil debt..but still i have 56mil to go ..for example:

    Sean, I understand what you are saying. This option is no longer available. It is not only unavailable for you, but for everyone. This will mean that we will all have to find another way to build players and trade them. It is a good thing for the game to change from time to time, otherwise the strategies will become stale and no new ideas will kill the game. Come up with a brilliant solution like the one you just outlined. Someone came up with that when they were stuck with a bad situation. You are now stuck with a new bad situation. WHat is your creative solution other thann quitting the game?

    Zan im not affected by this as yet because i play on a desktop,im preying developers get such a kick in the teeth over this and revert before it happens too me, my squad is very young and i only purchase youngsters nearing 4's and 9's, only keeping them 2-3 seasons until reaching 4 or 9 again because of the difficulty in selling . Ive tried over and over other ways to trade them and after a week of going round and round 5-6 auctions a day i end up with no option but to sack them losing 114M at a time or having them removed (out of contract after 7 days) thus falling in to the Nordeus GREED trap and having to buy more funds/tokens and heavy bidding wars for replacements. why cant you realize its all about screwing money out of us and does not enhance the game at all.
    Btw i feel i have a couple of very creative solutions for quite a few aspects of this game,but these would only make Nordeus £££'s if used and not me

    so your solution is: just keep bending over and taking it because you can't do anything else.

    Sean's solution is: stop bending over and stop taking it.

    I like his solution better than yours.

    there is no creative solution. They screwed the pooch for higher level players. At high levels you need to sell players to keep your team from going into negatives. If you cant sell players, you have to sack them, and that is a loss of serious money. After all the other managers posting this exact information, I am amazed that you still dont get it. This applies, of course, only if you dont buy tokens. If you buy tokens, then none of this really matters...and that is the point I am making. Everything is done to entice people to buy tokens.

    Hell, I play Star Wars commander and it takes 6 days to upgrade to a 6th level command center. 6 DAYS! or I cough up the money and buy the proper amount of crystals and it is made instantly. FAT CHANCE OF THAT! 2 weeks for a 7th level? LOL.

    Obviously too many people play for free and they are trying to find ways to encourage people to buy tokens. By the way, this is the WRONG way to do so.
