Needless to say about your new version. I totally don't like it at all. I rather play a simple game like old version than your current fancy one but its not even function right for most of the features. You guys packed anything in there for a little device, it looks like a busy game more than a football game. You want a realistic game as you took control of our team by remove the manual-assign from players, but you also proud to show off your unreal "7 seconds training" don't you see your own confusing? What a big mess and a big joke, you guys just score your own goal.

As with every new version roll out we expected the hate and backlash, but we also roll out the new version based on the feedback of millions of others that were saying that our game looked 'old'.

I really don't care you monitor the forum or not, it won't bother me a bit. Since this forum there for your customers to view and express their concerns, thoughts and most importantly, to share their opinions.

Firstly, I don't mind to use the old version as I also always welcome to any new thing and adapt to it as well. You should look into it, the new update must be improved in every features, every holes that need to be filled, so it can make the game better. That part of improvement all about. However, in general it is not gain anything at all, it went backward, it's way under our expectation. You guys turned a game into a mess as I know you guys hurry to deliver an unfinished product to your customers on Mourinho's birthday.

Secondly, you and your associates said that you value and welcome to hear all the feedbacks. Then, that is why we are here for, we bring up our thoughts the good and the bad about the game. In your own words, can you describe "quality feedbacks"? As a customer service, you need to pay close attention to what your customers have to say. From there, you should report the whole list to your chain of command, then they should come out to give us some kinda clue about what going on with the update and what the next step will be. Instance, you guys duck your head under the desk and ignore all of us. You guys don't admit your mistake, badly, you don't even accept any negative feedbacks. All you want is positive which you call quality feedbacks about your unbelievable half-way finished product.

Lastly, we take some of our value time to be here, you should feel lucky that we still hang around for the game. Not that we have a lot free time, just because we still have some passion about the game. If the game with less interest, we won't be here and bother care at the first place, I guarantee you on that.
