Meanwhile we are collecting all the feedbacks and adding them in to our feedback list for developers to see them. For sure every feedback in this forum being analysed in details.

You failed to address the first question from Spornybol. If the web version of T11 is going to be downgraded to the most current version, you know, the one that was ported to the mobiles first, will there be some sort of warning on the main website? Or are you going to just implement the downgrade without notice and screw the "small minority" of people who stockpile skill points?

There is feedback in one form or another on this forum 7 days a week 52 weeks a year but,because you don't play the game,what goes on on this forum is of no interest to you.
You have suddenly appeared on here in numbers because you have royally screwed up and you know that we the players are the ones with all the answers.
Here is how you fix your mess.

Give your customers what they want and not what you think they want.
A date on when you are going to undo this mess would be much more appreciated rather than 'we appreciate your feedback'

Hi,
I have some doubts over the new update. I have noticed that during the 1st half no updates are shown. The minutes played does not update nor do I get info on how the game is going on the main game panel. The score is not updated either. if I then go into change tactics then I find the time and updated score. Why?. Also I miss the interaction of the game to see what is happening. I have to guess as a manger what is going on. Bit like the blind leading the blind. 2nd half underway suddenly updates mostly what I can gather 1st half stats. Injured players can only be checked again via change tactics. A lot of the basic stuff seems to have sacrificed for the new improved version. I like this but surely the basic requirements of managing a team should be there which seemingly are not. Like adding another string to the players bow. That should have been there from the start as it's a basic requirements of the team and to the manager. I hope you can fix or update ASAP as it's becoming a up hill battle to enjoy this as I did before the update.

again this is no help to original question, will we get warning as to when this new update will hit our server ( laptop ) ?? like you did with the 26th of January ? or will we log in and find you have screwed our team up with auto assign

Dinara doesn't answer our questions in this thread anymore... IMHO the communication by Nordeus is really really bad. I studied international marketing, so i know what i'm talking about. Never seen anything like that :/

Too right. As I said in an earlier post: Communication could be king, but currently isn't.

So many people have volunteered feedback, much (but, I admit, not all ...) of it constructive. Other companies spend fortunes on collecting user feedback. Nordeus are fortunate enough to get free feedback from loads of people who are absolutely passionate about their product, yet all they give us in return, apart from a few standard we-appreciate-your-input posts, is radio silence. Weird.

Guys i cannot ask you too change the way you play T11 or not too buy Tokens,Boosters,Players or Scouts etc, but i do know that if the new mobile version of Topeleven 2015 does not generate the numbers and profits expected after massive publicity on all forums and major TV ads then Nordeus will regret dismissing our feedback,So please bear this in mind,lets all cut our layouts and hit these people where it hurts,in their pockets,its only one season after all, and its only 5 days away. this is where their called feed back comes from, not from expressing our view`s or idea`s to improve BUT HOW MUCH THEY LOSE IN PROFIT.

edit; WE ALL said in first weeks of cock up transfer market they would lose player`s = profit lost well it took them ( T11 ) 7 months to realise and brought market back and now this ?? if they don`t listen now then all i can think is they are bunch off ( dare not say )
