not with club you have at moment, but you can take new team at lower level, click on manager ( suit ) at lower right hand screen and to right you will see clubs seeking manager, now if you do take over you will take any tokens and packs ( green/blue/red ) you have but NOT you bank balance for new player`s

3 options:

If you haven't logged in for a minimum of 70 days, next time you do it, you'll start from the beginning. Normally it's 70 days of inactivity but sometimes it takes up to 180 days.

If your account is still up and you don't want to wait, go to Manager and take over a Level 1 club.

Or you can always get a new Facebook and start afresh.
