I don't get it why some get 2 yrs and some 3 yrs if it's bug needed to be fixed then we can email and asked for fix is it game rule then I shell accepted

this is the problem email support and they sent round in circle`s with the simplest of question ( Arse and elbow comes too mind ) plus Nordeus are too busy screwing up what was good about game and so they won`t reply
