My L19 team just won an important league match. But paying special maximum 15M win bonus hurt my bank balance. Now it reduces to 25M. Usually, getting profit in a match is put in higher priority. So I seldom pay big bonus like this. Now my team should be more financially conservative.

For this team, good performance affect financial situation. Keeping more players for rotation increases payroll. More win bonus was paid as a result of winning more matches. Paying two matches per day made my player too tired for friendly matches to earn cash.

Now the chance for further upgrade the stadium is more remote.

Absolutely any team over level 15ish should think about selling off some people if not in CL or Cup, have a minimum squad to try to keep wages low, as well as playing friendlies rather than training when possible.

My League bonus was 875k forever, I hadn't changed it for like 10 seasons then a few seasons ago in a hard League I upped it... and REGRET. Nope, didn't help and that season I didn't promote so double whammy no CL or League money.
It won't go lower so I think next season they won't even get lunch money.

And I will continue to scour the TL for FA's under 25, though they are once in a blue moon.

ticket sales - 286 mil ( including 3/4 friendlies a day as only play league match a day )
sponsership - 20.8 million ( 1.39 daily )

total 430.8 but it would not be this if i never played 3/4 friendlies a day as only play 1 game a day so a small profit thanks to friendlies of 52.8 million but if i had 2 games a day then i would not play friendlies but rely on selling player`s Via neg list to compensate for wages loss but if they bring this Auto assign of skill point`s in then i lose out on earning money and they (Nordeus) lose out on earning tokens because they get a cut of neg list so player`s won`t spent on more tokens because there will be no point in having a neg list

I'm level 23 and I always keep my win bonus at max, and keep my floating cash above 1.6b. I actually paid more bonus than wage last season.

I haven't played friendly this season yet but last season at L22 I could charge $17 friendly tickets against Mourinho.

Do you keep a large Squad? I have full one on BvB, but its cash-strapped punchbag a level down has minimum, and is still barely making even.

And I only keep one GK, with a pile of reds on hand to save that extra useless salary.

i set ticket prize for friendlies at 17 and average around 5 mill a friendly

Salary isn't useless if you use it to train young players. Keep him on the nego list, train special ability and sell him for tokens and profit.
A 19 or 20y with SA and 1p from 6* is very popular, you can easily get some 3 token offer and up to 20 tokens if you were lucky.

If you don't have 20 players check out for 20-under free agents, train and use them as subs and sell them after you built them attractively.
Can't afford players in the market? Get your token young he is an expansive fast trainer that cost no money to sign. You can always sell him later.

your first comment about sign young player`s and keep neg, well if you read my post this is what i do BUT if Nordeus insist on bringing in this auto assign of skill point`s then this will be IMPOSSIBLE and i lose out on extra finance via neg list too pay my wages and they ( NORDEUS ) lose OUT on token as they get cut which also means player`s won`t buy tokens as neg list will be useless

If we can't use the nego list then we will have to start selling him when he reach 4 or 9q
You still get profit, just not as much as it used to be.

My suggestion on the suggestion section specificially address it, by automatically capping the stars of all players unless a manager allow the advance of the next star on that player. It is simple to implement but they won't do it I guess.
