it didn't advance to round 1 it finished in the initial round without advancing .

and it doesn't matter if I bid or not , in other auctions you can see next rounds but you can't bid

After the initial round complete, the timer for round 1 will start. If no one place a new bid in round 1, the bid finished with last bidder of initial round as winner.

If the screen was captured after the auction, only screen for last few bids in initial round can be shown, because there was no new bid during round 1.
