    I'm curious too and I thought of buying him, but I don't need him and if he turns into scout, then I wouldn't be able to sell him.

    Probably a bug of auto skill point. He sent the player on auction before training.
    I don't think one can add sp to a player on auction.

    Just a wild guess.


    But things for sure after a transfer, all unassigned sp will be lost. SA not completed lose all progress, and training progress will be reset to 0.
