One possible scenario: Server crashed. Operators needed to restore earlier backup copy of data and then simulated all activities up to point of resuming. And you bid was made after that earlier backup.

I think my server ran this yesterday. It was not available for 1 hour and then restore the backup data at least 6 hours before.

No idea for your second question. Probably you need to report Nordeus or add a post in bug reporting sub-forum.
