i made like 6 offers of 9 tokens but none of the managers sell so i was wondering that maybe someone could sell me a player

So if they rejected or ignored your offer, you can either increase your offer or find another seller.

Make sure your manager level is lower than theirs before you make an offer (you can see their manager level before confirmation). Most people near your level won't sell a 4* or 5*, so level 4 and 5 managers are out of the question.

i decided to ask one of you guys cuz my offers for a 1.65M and 6T player were 1.85M and 8T were not accepted

Just make sure you checked the manager level before offering.

Also what do you mean by 8T offer? If the seller receives 8T you should be paying something like 24 tokens right?
If the seller get 0 token, it's a 0T offer.
