Yeah, even if the injury rate for high intensity is double that of low, or scales with training type, some people might think they'd rather do 1 training at high intensity match practice at a bigger risk to use up c.18% condition on a player than take lots of of smaller risks to use the same. When it comes to choice of training you gotta ask yourself one question "Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?"

In the past, I use high intensity trainings to reduce the time to use up excessive condition of players. Now, using 2 low intensity trainings is more preferable as I need not to wait 10 to 30 minutes to start the 2nd round. Even if I don't think injury rate in training is high, the effort to reduce such little bit chance is not high.

I also often arrange friendly matches to train players as well as gaining color packs and money. I do not have statistics but feel that the injury rate is higher in friendly matches than training. As efforts for training is less now, I will do more trainings to save time on other matter.

I feel the same way, friendly matches are just a magnet for injuries, even sever ones. But I like the little green suitcase I recieve afterwards
