I am 100% certain that I am an idiot for this but I just reached lvl 4 and I cannot see any way to make an offer for a player unless they are on the transfer list nor can I list any player of my own outside of the traditional sale......
Can someone point me in the right direction? When I look at another teams roster and find a player I would want there is no option to bid for him, just says no bids made.
Hey guys!
im a fresh 4th leveler... is it worth an offer with 2 tokens? i dont want to be a cheep ass but he is not gonna get tokens from a simple sell...
im asking experienced managers what is your range for bidding? for example: you bid 1-2 tokens + minimal price for older ones and 5+ tokens for avg aged players and 10+ for young ones? or what?

If it's a player I don't want, I'd accept 2. In fact an 18yr old DMC I had relegated to my bench for bad form and too many cards got me 5 tokens last season. I accepted that offer instantly. I would have even taken less, but this was really a no brainer since I wasn't going to use him anyway.
If it's a player I DO want, I wouldn't accept any offer, because I play to win, not to hoard tokens. You could offer me 1000 tokens for Cubillo (averaging nearly 50 goals a season now in his 8th season for me), and I would reject because he is not replaceable.
If it's a player i'm kind of on the fence about, like a 3 or 4 star backup with a good ability for example, I'll give him to you, but you have to pay, usually 3 tokens minimum.
Offer me 0 tokens, and I keep your tokens for 24 hours.
Offer me 1 or more, I'll reject if I don't want.
That's my general criteria for what I do with offers, and I suspect most managers use a similar thought process.
I more use the negotiations list to give players to friends among my Facebook group, but I do love to buy off it, not so much sell.
Fair points, but I see it as business, and a player i have payed at least one token for, maybe trained a SA on, I would never let go for less than three and rather more. I want some profit for the time I have used training him.
I agree with the keyplayer view 20 tokens can't replace your special player. Last season I was offered 20 tokens for two of my players one was my main man and I could not let him go.
the other was a striker with one on one SA from my bench, so he went for new adventures
Guess its a matter of opinion, but all my players are under 27 and still middle trainers, so I would rather auction them than firesell them for hand change
like this

i see the minumim offer amount is now 10 tokens ....its costing me more to feed my lower team .....grr
no info for you my watchers :P
I just got what looks like an awesome 22yr old striker fast trainer with 1 on 1.
I offered him 4 tokens, he asked for 5, and I did it.
Cost me 19, but at my level, I think I would rate to either A: Pay more or B: Invest tokens and end up with nothing, so I like.
