We was testing our theory with my friend... Our theory is simple if u there and/or get support the random gonna screw with you :) I was risking against my CL semi and league oppo yesterday... both went VERY well coz i wasnt there neither my friends :)

Cup: Buffs FC secure the Silverware with a 4-2 win.
The Buffs had a fast and furious start which produced 5 CKs but valiant defending kept them out.....until the Buffs scored twice from a further 2 CKs; once in 25 mins with right winger Gauld powering home from Morrison and then 3 minutes later Gauld was the provider for left winger Baxter.
The Buffs were then shook by a breakaway goal 6 minutes later. Baxter counterattacked from deep in the second half for Harper to finish, then DMC Hansen did what he (and other T11 DMCs) does, ran the length of the park to score. The opposition mounted a last ditch charge in the last 10 minutes with the match's 3rd goal from a CK on 81 minutes but the Buffs held on for the win.
Both central defenders rated 8, as did the wingers but Striker Harper snatched the Bubbly from left winger Baxter - only 1 goal but he was repeatedly foiled by the opposition GK who rated 8 (on another day he'd have hit 3).
Both Managers were present but only 1 supporter turned up for this Showpiece. :(
Harper needs 3 more goals to break 50, MC James Morrison needs 1 more for a fine total of 20.

The Slump continues: We lost 2:3, marking a 3 matches winless streak. We drew 1:1 in the league yesterday, in addition to the 2:2 CL draw that sent us home. I had all players on superb morale (not max), max condition with the win bonus at half-max today. Luckily, I clinched the league title two days ago, so it doesn't really matter. It just annoying to be seeing one poor performance after another. My 9* striker also gets like an "8" match rating every match, but its like consistant 7's from almost everybody else. I had several "8"'s for a while (and 9's from the striker), out of multiple players, so the loss of form is a little mystifying. Someone may be dragging down my form, but its difficult to identify the culprit.
Streak snapped: Opponent picked up an 88th minute injury, snapping the streak of 29 consecutive games without injurying the opponent.
League irony. The team that eliminated us (Ordu52), slipped to 6th today (whom drew us yesterday in league play). Ordu52 is now in 5th, 3 points back of 4th. They would have been 2 backs point of Rexlo, whom they face tomorrow if my team wasn't playing like Sunderland. Unfortunately they probably needed me to gets points here because 4th has a mid-table team tommorrow and last place the following day. Thing annoying thing here is I showed up, but the hard defending (w/ counters) strategy which worked so well in the first couple KO rounds and won me the Champions League last season has just all of the sudden stopped working. When down 1:2, I switched to an attacking mentality, pulled even, but then immediately conceded the eventual game winner.
Preparing for next season: Today I've been selling players to shrink my roster size for the upcoming cup draw. I have two 1 star players currently and the youth academy will be providing another one tomorrow. So that's 3 one star players for the cup draw (Q42, Q46 and Q60-64 respectively). This is my first attempt at fooling the cup draw with this team.

League champion is secured today!
This season is amazing. The league comprises of many teams with similar qualities. Every match is not easy. My team is ranked about 4th or 5th in terms of qualities of starters. But my players are tough and won many close matches.
In this season, I only used 27 players in league up to now (probably one new player will be arranged to play tomorrow). This is likely one of the lowest number.

The chance for winning the league has been becoming small, but the race has not yet been over. After the leading team defeated the 2nd place team (now 3rd), the leading team will face the new 2nd place team tomorrow.
I have high confident that my team will finish in top 4. The coming opponents will be the weakest, and my team still have advantages in goal difference.

Well, this is looking interesting - no red cases, so Muscroft isn't getting cured quickly; down to my last few blue cases, so only those with the most need will have their morale boosted; and three green cases - with another 7 arriving tomorrow, so we're hoping that all players will be fully rested by kick-off tomorrow... Who'd be a Manager with a Final to play?

Rhondda Rovers main team played Robert Szyman in the League at home and, despite not being available to watch the match, won without breaking a sweat again.

In the two matches, I effectively won 20-1 on aggregate.
If you remember yesterday as well, I mentioned that I put a bid for a free agent I didn't know about with some time to spare and thought I wasted a token. Turns out that I actually won it in the end as the only bidder. He's now been sold to boost the coffers. Will have 35M ready for the season and a new 13k stadium around a week after the new season kicks off.
League: Buffs FC beat 5th 4-1 but the Leader keeps on keeping on and we stay 3pts behind. Its going to take the mother of all trolls to shift him. >.<
Striker Jack Harper scored a hat-trick; Stephen 'The Judge' Naismith scores the other.
Harper now has 49 goals and 15 MoM but left centre back Andy Robertson is making a strong challenge for Player of the Season with an average rating of 7.51 from 49 games - 2 others have been ever-presents.

The big ceremony with trophy giving and supporters cheering, became a bit lame, when there wasn't any game played and no opponent :rolleyes:
Hard Attacking, Through the middle and Short Passing is their preferred style. Previous match they played 4 Red-OOP and drew 1-1 and the DR got MoM. Against the Champions I thought we could afford to take less injury risks and still get thrashed (so yellow-OOP) but alas it wasn't to be and our DML got MoM in that game.Quote:

League: The Buffs secure a 4-0 win in their penultimate match. The Leader avoids a trolling from the abandoned bottom club with a 2-1 victory. :( The Buffs will finish 2nd unless they win tomorrow and the Leader loses.
Grand Inter won the CL. they need a luck to win the league. if they won the treble this season, may be it's the only one i know win the treble without a 30 goals player

Sigh, this makes me feel sad.
I lost the CL final to a team I beat twice in group matches. Woke up at 2am to watch but had to face to a 0-1defeat.
The only good thing is another win in league which is my only trophy this season.

Our AMR, Gozalbo scored another hatrick today and also went top of the assists chart in the league, which means he leads all player rankings in the league this season, and he has 46 league goals in 42 league games for us.

2 new youth players have come though yesterday as well. A 2* striker(which we don't really need) and a 4* DR, which will save money for the future, one of our DRs hasn't been performing well, although he is also a 4*, and my captain. He has been at the club since I started the game.
We have also sold one of our longest serving players, O'Connor, who has been in the club since day 1. He was a 3* striker but wasn't getting to play much as my other two strikers were a lot stronger than him, and he wasn't scoring any time he did play. Even though these guys are on,y in a game it was incredibly hard to sell him!!!
