Who should make a free kicks?

I got 4 players free kick specialists. 2 are scouts(1dc & 1st) and 2 at excellent quality(both mcs). Best assigned on the job is the scout striker by far... if I started a 10 free kicks contest, my striker scout would score 9/10, while my defender scout 6/10 and my 2 mcs would not succeed better than 4/10.

Players with godlike shooting without ability can also have a nice ratio to it, but if you want an advice, its always best to go with the specialist. Powertrain him a bit if his shooting is low, you will need him against defensive wall ability. This is the free kick counter ability.
