which is why it pays to tank every second season. It allows you to build up the packs while saving money at the same time. You can play a ton of friendlies and not have to worry about resting for the league game because you dont need to win it. then you also save tokens and money by not having to buy new players every year since you spend 2 years to increase their skills so you have a team of mostly scouts and/or players with SAs.
This is just my mid-level team. I have assigned most of the SA this season. Average age = 21.8
Not bad for a non-token buyer. Highest Quality in my league by quite a few. Now that most have their SA, I can just pump up the skills.
Already saving up the skill points for the next after the next season.
I dont like to assign more skill points than I have to just in case I want to sell the player. I try to leave them at a sellable quality level.
