Must say personally i just build up a mammoth collection of tokens through sponsorship and watching adds through facebook, the main site and also when they appear on my smart phone. I'll buy between 4-5 scouts as long as they are max age 22.

Whatever positions i can't fill through buying scouts, i'll dabble in the transfer market and pick out 18yr - 22 yr old five stars that are on the verge of scout.
