My sincere apologies for the late update on this front. I absolutely understand the inconvenience this issue may have caused (or is causing) and that - for the future - there is room for improvement on the communication and information flow here on the forums.
Anyhow, as Moi said in an earlier post, we are currently investigating an issue that can cause rewards not being granted after fulfilling the requirements of watching a video.
For the time being, if you do not receive your reward, we would like to kindly ask you to contact the providers of those offers directly (so they can first of all verify if you have met the requirements or not and thus deal with the case accordingly and secondly get more data about the issue itself to solve this problem as soon as possible).
• If you play Top Eleven on a mobile device you can contact them directly by clicking on the "Missing Tokens" button/link on the Offer Board/Wall
• If you play Top Eleven via Facebook or TopEleven.com you would have to check the name of the provider manually (which should be visible before you choose an offer) and contact them through their contact form
