    Hi everyone!

    My sincere apologies for the late update on this front. I absolutely understand the inconvenience this issue may have caused (or is causing) and that - for the future - there is room for improvement on the communication and information flow here on the forums.

    Anyhow, as Moi said in an earlier post, we are currently investigating an issue that can cause rewards not being granted after fulfilling the requirements of watching a video.

    For the time being, if you do not receive your reward, we would like to kindly ask you to contact the providers of those offers directly (so they can first of all verify if you have met the requirements or not and thus deal with the case accordingly and secondly get more data about the issue itself to solve this problem as soon as possible).

    • If you play Top Eleven on a mobile device you can contact them directly by clicking on the "Missing Tokens" button/link on the Offer Board/Wall
    • If you play Top Eleven via Facebook or TopEleven.com you would have to check the name of the provider manually (which should be visible before you choose an offer) and contact them through their contact form

    Sadly, this is not an acceptable or workable/solvable response.

    The main issue is on Facebook where almost ALL the videos don't work. It is obviously an ongoing problem as countless users have reported the same issues, so telling us to contact the providers is a very weak reply and seems like a cop out on T11s part.

    I work out I have completed and not been credited somewhere in the region of around 500 videos since this issue started - be it for cash or red/green packs. Its simply impossible to submit a ticket for every single one of those - and its also impractical to search out who the providers are for each video and submit tickets for every single uncrediting video.

    Quite simply whilst the videos have a problem and are not paying T11 should not be displaying them - but then T11 would lose out on sponsor money, so they won't do that. At the moment the users are being screwed, T11 are getting paid from their sponsors and the sponsors are getting free advertising too.

    Well its back firing as every brand that is not paying out I am boycotting - and I urge others to do too. T11 and the Sponsors are making money out of this mess whilst the players suffer. Its not on and more needs to be done on T11s end, not the players.

    Seriously, do you (Nordeus) expect us too file a manual complaint of every single video we watch that doesn't pay off. and every single time each of those specific videos continues to not reward?

    Do you understand how much work that would be? seriously

    Hi Gert Funck,

    Of course we don't expect you to file a manual complain for every single video offer not creditted.

    But I'd recommend you to file at least one complain to the offer provider and add there all the data you can about your device, user ID, profile, location... this can help them to find the tracking problem for these offers much faster, otherwise they won't realise that specifically you -and some others like with similar specific profile, or device brand, or model- have this problem.

    The videos failing I'm not sure who is that sponsor. In the videos failing when I press the button of the "pack", the video appears directly and I can't see the sponsor at any time. How do I know the sponsor of a video through facebook?.

    In some videos just before start, I can see the Supersonics logo appearing, in these videos I receive the "pack" after watching the video.

    exactly right. on some facebook videos you can't see.

    It's nordeus offering the "service" so they should be responsible to make sure it works.

    So ... who do I go to for this one on the jeep.
    Not paid, not obvious who.

    During video and as it changes to "awarded"

    FYI ... contacted Tapjoy about a missing token from a video (mobile device). They were very kind, replied and then said it had been credited, but I'm still on 97 and haven't been. They're getting a reply.

    Right click for Frame info and the culprit is usually identifiable and its usually Supersonicads. (If frame info doesn't come up you might need to click elsewhere to find the frame.)

    But ofc this is too fiddly. Nordeus' partners should be clearly marked - its a transaction, both sides should be visible.
