Of course we don't expect you to file a manual complain for every single video offer not creditted.

But I'd recommend you to file at least one complain to the offer provider and add there all the data you can about your device, user ID, profile, location... this can help them to find the tracking problem for these offers much faster, otherwise they won't realise that specifically you -and some others like with similar specific profile, or device brand, or model- have this problem.
