Of course we don't expect you to file a manual complain for every single video offer not creditted.
But I'd recommend you to file at least one complain to the offer provider and add there all the data you can about your device, user ID, profile, location... this can help them to find the tracking problem for these offers much faster, otherwise they won't realise that specifically you -and some others like with similar specific profile, or device brand, or model- have this problem.

I too am begining to experience no rewards for watching videos for medical packs, morale boosters and rests. Started with just Tapjoy, but now Supersonic seems to have stopped giving rewards. Nordeus seems to have washed it's hands of the issue saying it is the providers responsibility. I play on ios on ipad,
I have watched over 30 videoes today an the reward was one treatment

I've been keeping a tab on it this season.
On my laptop I have been credited for 39 out of 718 videos watched.
On my Phone I have been credited for 258 out of 812 videos watched.
On my Huddle I have been credited for 17 out of 82 videos watched.
Simply not good enough. The phone one works the best, but after you get credited for a couple you get stuck with the Coindozer app video that doesn't pay out - and actively takes over other videos that you watch where credit is available. Even the phone one is paying out at less than 33%.
1612 videos watched so far over 2 weeks - a tad over 100 a day.
314 packs credited for that.
1298 packs not credited.
That's under 20% success rate overall.
Add in to the fact that this problem has been going on for a good 2 months or so now, it would be logical to assume that I am out of pocket by around 5000 or so packs in that time.
I appreciate that I get to watch more and earn tokens more than most users, but at the same time, I have completed the offers being given - so its an absolute disgrace that this is going on.
Do Nordeus honestly expect 5000 requests for credit off me for those packs?
I'm going to start making a list of all the non paying videos and the companys. Maybe its time we did a name and shame thread for them and start boycotting those products and organisations as a result.
The videos failing I'm not sure who is that sponsor. In the videos failing when I press the button of the "pack", the video appears directly and I can't see the sponsor at any time. How do I know the sponsor of a video through facebook?.
In some videos just before start, I can see the Supersonics logo appearing, in these videos I receive the "pack" after watching the video.
So ... who do I go to for this one on the jeep.

FYI ... contacted Tapjoy about a missing token from a video (mobile device). They were very kind, replied and then said it had been credited, but I'm still on 97 and haven't been. They're getting a reply.
