    Sooo, I'm glad to see that Nordeus are paying attention to their fans forum and sorting a problem that is affecting their members across the globe. Considering that the game is free and is only made free thanks to the advertising money, wouldn't you think the ad people who are paying to have their products advertised would be kicking up a fuss. I say this because I for one have stopped watching the vids simply because I cant be bothered to waste my time as there is no reward for doing so. Saying all that, I am referring to the pc version of the game as for now (touch wood) I am still getting booster packs via my mobile game. Unfortunately, the mobile boosters stop a lot sooner that the pc version did.
    Please Nordeus, please please sort this problem out so that we can all go back to enjoying the game without having to worry that all of our team members will be either injured, tired or miserable unless we pay real money to pep them up. Now I don't know about everybody else but as I am disabled and have an extremely limited budget, buying boosters is normally way out of my budget.

    as above getting really bloody annoying and Nordeus don`t know this happening but do they let us know what`s happening ?? like HELL DO THEY and do we get any type of compensation for this no reward when we watch ? as long they get paid from sponsor they don`t care about us

    Been over a full season now AND STILL NOT WORKING.

    Got two videos on repeat - Pampers is one, then its some ugly guy with a big play button across his face in the other - that will allow you to watch, tell you its credited, but doesn't actually credit. They are going on a never ending loop of not crediting or changing over to another video, meaning you can't earn anything. Occasionally that fat lass pulling her underwear out of her arse crack comes on - but again - IT NEVER CREDITS.

    I also have this problem, I can watch some videos, other ones don't launch but I can't have money or booster in any situation, what should I do ?

    We want answers.

    My sincere apologies for the late update on this front. I absolutely understand the inconvenience this issue may have caused (or is causing) and that - for the future - there is room for improvement on the communication and information flow here on the forums.

    Anyhow, as Moi said in an earlier post, we are currently investigating an issue that can cause rewards not being granted after fulfilling the requirements of watching a video.

    For the time being, if you do not receive your reward, we would like to kindly ask you to contact the providers of those offers directly (so they can first of all verify if you have met the requirements or not and thus deal with the case accordingly and secondly get more data about the issue itself to solve this problem as soon as possible).

    • If you play Top Eleven on a mobile device you can contact them directly by clicking on the "Missing Tokens" button/link on the Offer Board/Wall
    • If you play Top Eleven via Facebook or TopEleven.com you would have to check the name of the provider manually (which should be visible before you choose an offer) and contact them through their contact form

    Apologies for the hassle and thank you very much for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

    Sadly, this is not an acceptable or workable/solvable response.

    The main issue is on Facebook where almost ALL the videos don't work. It is obviously an ongoing problem as countless users have reported the same issues, so telling us to contact the providers is a very weak reply and seems like a cop out on T11s part.

    I work out I have completed and not been credited somewhere in the region of around 500 videos since this issue started - be it for cash or red/green packs. Its simply impossible to submit a ticket for every single one of those - and its also impractical to search out who the providers are for each video and submit tickets for every single uncrediting video.

    Quite simply whilst the videos have a problem and are not paying T11 should not be displaying them - but then T11 would lose out on sponsor money, so they won't do that. At the moment the users are being screwed, T11 are getting paid from their sponsors and the sponsors are getting free advertising too.

    Well its back firing as every brand that is not paying out I am boycotting - and I urge others to do too. T11 and the Sponsors are making money out of this mess whilst the players suffer. Its not on and more needs to be done on T11s end, not the players.
