Sick of downloading apps and 2 days ago did the ladbrokes casino offer where paid £10 for 600 tokens, good deal I thought, but haven't received any tokens. I try and submit a form, but won't let me send it, really cheesed off

The bottom part lights up to say its complete, but the top doesn't and nothing is credited.
Its still working on my Iphone and Ipad/Huddel, but its not working on the computer.
Huh. I use Firefox with AdBlockplus(turned off) and PopUpBlock(turned off) and just now got boosters. One of each, just to be sure. Going to try to earn a couple T next.
I'm not too fussed. Been watching for cash this season and generated over 1.6B so far, so if its down for a few days its not that much of an issue. Its still working on other platforms other than the computer, so its not the end of the world.
Farming for tokens is all but done now but I'm still averaging around 10 a day at the moment which is more than enough seeing as I used a grand total of 6 tokens this season bringing in 4 new players.
I will aim to bring in 4/5 new players at the start of next season and will be looking at spending less than 20 tokens in total on all of those really, so its equivalent of two days farming to cover that at the most.
I've been getting T (fifteen so far, haven't watched in over a month though) but it's not that window, it's the matOmy one, I think that one is supersonic... anyway, I haven't seen it yet. Still at it however.

When i have watched 2-5 videoes, I usually don't get any tokens, eventhough the player tells me that i have earned one.

Always ALWAYS makes sure there are no ad blockers or pop up blocks running in your browser. Accept third party cookies.
When it's not working try deleting cookies & cache and restart browser, sometimes that helps.
Oh yeah and sometimes they can take awhile to credit, like fifteen minutes.
I hadn't been getting the watch X number vids for T until just now, so I can finally see if it works here.
...and nope... it doesn't; in neither Chrome or Firefox.
just watched 13 video`s which took time and only got 3 red packs the other 10 are continuing from yesterday and it`s getting on my tit please fix this picture below again as to what is happening.

In the UK, the Estee Lauder triple advert is giving nothing, not even boosters.
Yep, all seem to be down via the laptop/computer.
The boosters/cash videos on Iphone and Ipad/Huddle however seem to still be crediting. There is however a lot less of them.

I`v watched 13 video`s for red packs this morning and only got 3, seriously annoying wasting 20 minutes for this and video for tokens well i`v given up a week of watching below video and getting nothing at all, now Nordeus can`t blame it on video sponsor`s as i`v said they (Nordeus) should check these work before posting up.

at some adds I can earn about 16% of one token by watching a video.
I have to watch 6 of those to get one free token.
But I don't complain, it's a free token. Always better (for me) than buying tokens

Same position on Booster videos. Some are still not paying out/not completing properly while some are.

I think the problem is with a couple of companies, so maybe it's something with the deal of nordeus and adv.company (maybe a test to see how many hits/videos/cost the deal is about - or something like, see 3 videos but give 1 booster).
or it's a technical problem (giving the "crop").

I am not receiving boosters on my iPhone or iPad. It gives me cash on my first 3 videos then no more even though the videos play. I don't get anything for Blues, Reds or Greens. I get tokens ok when I download apps but the boosters thing is bugging me. It's just started playing up the last 3 weeks. Any ideas ?

I have now found that I get boosters with my first 3 videos only on iOS but none after that even though I can still watch videos.

Try watching the videos through the "Win tokens -> SupersonicAds -> Videos" section instead.
The last few days I haven't received tokens when watching videos via the "WATCH THE VIDEO AND EARN TOKEN" link on the topeleven site. Watching them through SupersonicAds instead has worked for me.
The Estee Lauder video is definitely broken, and I should have received several tokens from the multiple video ad on the official site but got nothing. It's a joke

Well, in online games those "earn tokens/credits" offers are NEVER user-friendly. If you are lucky enough, you will get it. If not, they don't care...I have same problem now with a offer to register on other game and reach 650pts. I did that yesterday and my 10 tokens are no where to be found...I sent complaint to the sposnor that offered it, but as usual - they ignored the email... :(

I have the same exact issue. Via Nordeus I was told to contact TrialPay (since they are the providers of the videos) but they only seem to handle the tokens..or doesn't understand my question. It's the fifth day for me where I cant get boosters. No matter using Firefox, IE or Chrome, it's the same result..
