as long as Nordeus are getting paid for these video`s they don`t give a dam and we are watching so sponsor`s get paid while we get F, ALL so i`m guessing Sepp Blatter is now running NordeusQuote:

No we are very lucky to get so many, it does seem churlish to complain. But the complaint stems not from the videos not being there, but from having watched one (or more) and not got reward.

I have found that if you have a smart phone then the offers on videos are working. Its just on the laptop/desktop that they aren't.
Its really frustrating on the laptop that they don't work however, but I suppose we shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth too much.
On the plus, farming for TOKENS has returned for about an hour a day after going AWOL for around 3 weeks last month. Hopefully the farming for Tokens will stick around for a bit, as its been good the last 4/5 days bumping them up.

Surely Nordeus can just give everyone 5 of each boosters as compensation. Would be a nice gesture from them.
since this rubbish has started i`v lost out on around 40 reds and been hit with injuries, now they are taking piss
Yes, I've lost out on about the same blues, but as different players have different reqirements, I think that across the board boosters should be compensated. Lets say 10 then. I cannot see Nordeus being anymore generous.
Thank goodness videos are now showing up that actually reward.
No idea how to accurately get info on the provider - the working ones so far provide Frame Info that seems to indicate be.sponsorpay.com and one of the unrewarding ones 'Pizza Legend' labels it to as.ebz.io ........and the later is probably just the provider of the player ("buzzplayer" from ebuzzing), not one of our recognised advertiser.
So if Nordeus want customers to report issues directly to th providers they should make sure that providers provide the means for them to do so.
PS. If my postman fails to deliver 1 or 2 letters now and again I'll tell him and expect improvement, if he walks into the street and throws all the letters in the air I'd need to go to the Organ Grinder.

two new video`s and they don`t work either ? also how can same ( one ) video work on token adds but on Facebook for red pack it does not work ??

No boosters are working at all again on laptop/pc.
Even the ones on Iphone now seem to be hit and miss with only a few of them paying out.
On the plus, Matomy's watch video for Tokens (Go to top elevens site and EMAIL the link to your smart phone) is working. Its currently a 3 and a half min video which you have to watch 3 times to earn 1 Token - but I've been able to hit the 50 Token farm limit (you can only earn 50 Tokens by watching videos in any 24 hour period - I earned around 30 last night by watching a 30 second video again and again) on that for the first time in over 2 months.
Really annoyed that the videos for cash/boosters are still not working however as we are well into 2 weeks + with nothing being done. If anything, the situation has actually got WORSE as now not all the offers on Ipad/Phone are working too.
as far as I'm concerned the offer provider is T11, I've watched dozens of videos (6 so far tonight) and received absolutely nothing. This has been going on for a week at least and needs to be fixed. I once complained to T11 about this by email regarding tokens from watching videos (told me to complain to the other party) They admitted to getting revenue from advertisers so to not give us our rewards seems very unfair
There is no point to report anything to provider/adv.company or where ever.
If no one realized what's going on, then they 're working in a wrong position :confused:

Still sod all, getting really tedious. Have not had probably 40 blue boosters. What really pee's me off is that the videos keep repeating themselves...Lynx, Dominos, Lynx, Dominos and so on for ever plus a couple of other ones that still did not give the boosters.
how is it possible i can watch below on Token ads and get rewarded yet on the watch video to earn token tab i watch and no reward ?? also how can watch one U-tube video for red pack yet another U-tube video won`t reward a red pack, this is seriously pissing me of now

Ive only been able to get the free boosters from my mobile phone (not laptop).. The tapjoy ones seem the most reliable.. I'm getting probably 3 to 5 a day (split between Health, morale, rest)... I don't even bother with the free supersonic ads.. As far as tokens go, My best luck has also been with my mobile phone (downloading game apps and then removing them once I get my tokens) and the surveys from Peanut Labs on my laptop are reliable for getting tokens (I have another game I play where peanut labs is good for points/tokens as well).. I don't bother with any of the other so called providers that say if you do "x" you get some tokens. I've tried a couple but never received tokens.
I'm in the US so I'm not sure if the offers are different depending where you live. Hope this helps

We're currently investigating an issue regarding video offers not being properly tracked. We're in contact with the appropriate advertising partners in order to solve this as soon as possible.
Specifically in Tapjoy related cases, looks like this is caused by their antifraud system detecting several users as "behind VPN" or suspicious networks. They've asked anyone suffering this issue to contact them from the offer panel within Top Eleven, so they can check case by case and try to find the issue.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. It only seems to be an issue on the pc site, mobile site works fine (when it decides to have any available that is). Anyone heard of the problem being dealt with from the powers that be yet?

and i`m still being ROBBED by the thieving XXXXX not rewarding token or red packs if i was caught thieving i`d be arrested and up in court. Video below takes up full screen and can`t shorten as the video won`t so i have to log out and log back in and when press the watch video for token same dam thing happens and can`t press done button so have to log out AGAIN, with video`s for pack same 5 video`s and no reward is getting on my wick especially when Nordeus are screwing us with injuries
