No we are very lucky to get so many, it does seem churlish to complain. But the complaint stems not from the videos not being there, but from having watched one (or more) and not got reward.

Can't say if they are working or not yet. I've stopped trying. I don't like being milked without some hay.

Is true, is hard to find it, sometimes you can see but most of the times no so the only solution is to contact Top Eleven and they should investigate.
One thing is sure, they came from a provider for exemple on a friend account I saw when he is trying to watch video from FB (videos under the game) he is getting an error because he was banned by Matomy so at him most of the videos are from Matomy.
