Absolutely unbelievable - i received email back from support saying "At this stage of our communication, I hope that I have answered your request. I'll mark this ticket as Solved"
I immediately replied stating it has not been resolved as i have yet to receive a reply and therefore kept the ticket open - We will see what happens. Where are the moderators on this one and why are they not responding and talking to support.
