video`s not paying off

I am truly getting sick of watching the video`s on facebook for red packs and NOT getting rewarded and on T11 page for tokens as below picture will show and not getting rewarded plus it takes whole screen so i have too log out and log back in because i can`t press the done button ?? so i`m begging you Nordeus fix this ASAP

Is there anybody at Nordeus actually paying attention to this thread? Or is the fact that this problem is still ongoing due to the fact that there are no tech guys working for Nordeus? Or is this just a ploy by Nordeus to make us pay more and more money out for treatments and rests etc instead of giving a few freebies out each day?
