I'm not sure if this belongs to this thread, but hopefully: Twice I have made offers for players on the negotiation list. Neither of the sellers have reacted to my offer. The first time I chose the lowest offer, that was available, the second time I chose the exact amount of the player's value. Were my offers too low or is there any other explanation? Thanks.
