Squad Rotation/Substitution run outs is it worth it?

Morale : no one knows how exactly morale is working
Maybe you can have some answers or opinions from other members (or read old ones) but I believe that only nordeus developers know the right answer and I 'm not sure about it
Morale for me is working like an indicator - if it's dropping a lot, the player is going in a de-form period
If it's in green/light green bar, it's ok
If I have an important match (league, semi finals) I give extra morale boosters so everybody have perfect
- I don't know how % can help but you know, do the right thing.
A player with low morale (below light green bar) is vulnerable to an injury.
Some times, morale is dropping without a reason. I had a player who's morale was "very poor" but his rates was 7-8-8-7-8 (not bad for MC ). I gave him 2 blues, he played good, scored 1 goal, got an 8 and every body was happy (this happened today).
