Nordgen players must be youth?

Does anyone happens to know that if Nordgens must be youth 18~19 or they could be 20+ years old even older? Can they have special abilities?

They can have SA no matter what age they are generated at!?

it's totally random about age, SA ... the only thing for sure that's he don't have any Stats.
it can be also a 18yo slow a 32-32 yo ...

you don't need to find whether they are Nordeus gens or not. Market Value and Quality show clearly how fast they are in trainning
