Season 67 - Week 4

So haven't posted for a bit since I've been raging at all the Nord trollings I've been getting.
I did say this season was going to be tough, but I feel like I've had appropriate tactics so far. In every game I've had more shots, more on target, more free kicks etc. But currently my record this season is 4W-1D -2L.
I enjoyed my last game though, against the league leaders. With 8 mins to go he was winning 1-0.



The struggle continues

I have my second CL match tonight (Lost the first), and the 2nd cup game away tomorrow at 5am
Lost the home leg in the cup 1-2, so fingers crossed a miracle can be made!


Edit: I forgot to say I did take some action against my team for their poor results. My goalkeeper, who is in his 5th season with us has been shocking.


So I benched him, and found a random GK on the market minutes before my match was to start. He's an ancient beast :-)


He got an 8 though. So I'll keep him in there for a few games to give poor Filip a rest after 151 consecutive games since his debut as an 18yr nordgen.

Won our cup game 1-0 last night. Need to get our league form back on track today after losing yesterday.

Lost 2-1 in a game we dominated. We were 0-1 up until the 72nd minute, and conceded 2 in 4 minutes. We had 21 shots to their 11. 56 possession, to 44. Too many corners and free kicks to count.

Earlier, we had made a sub to get more control in the midfield, and as soon as we did, we picked up our third injury in 3 games, and were forced to make another change. Thanks Nordeus. Two 5 day injuries too and one 20 day!! 20!!! That's a basically rest of the season!!!!

Disappointed is an understatement. We need to find some form in the league somehow. Perhaps a new MC is called for, but I'm loathe to spend any tokens really.

Bayern Had the option to be leader winning 7-0

Nedved is on fire this season, he did the assistance of the 2nd goal that scored Hasselbaink 22', and scored 2 fouls 52' and 75'

Hasselbaink scored 4 goals and did an assistance too.

We are leaders after a victory for 8-0.

Yesterday

League: The Buffs bottle it against 1 of 2 main league rivals with a 2-1 loss at home.

You know its not your day when the CKs swing in and your guys get on the end of most of the time....only to make a fool of themselves. Ryan Gauld was the principle culprit but Hansen and Harper left it on the training ground too.





We then scored 4 in the Cup and today hit 6 and 5 in the CL and league respectively.
