But, my question is for e.g, a team that plays with only 1-2 defenders.

you get 80/20 for a goalie and a % for others ... that makes no sense lol

I don't know exact percentage, and if everyone is in position, two defenders has no penalty automatic, is possible to lose to a good team with two D and an DMC

Related positions -1% , wrong position -2%, GK out position 80%-20% and then I am not sure if X players in wrong position too is a 80%-20% like before... that was 5 players in wrong position = 80%-20%

Probably because outfield players are relatively very poor goalkeepers, and having someone appropriate in the goalkeeping position is a must.
