I'm pretty sure that the leagues are created at the start of day 3.

Ok, worked.
About the creation of leagues, is when the 3rd day start.

We did some leagues here in the forum and added our accounts as friends between the day 1 and 2 to stay in the same League group, so, thats the key to knowhow works.
