....and ofc the simple concept of 'if you make a change then change can happen' applies.

Would someone like to predict the outcome of this League? No? I'm not surprised... :D

Out of CL and Cup on both accounts due to away goals. I really need to adjust my home leg tactics if I'm ever to win a cup/CL.

Palace teams update, Sunday 19th July...
Casuals first up with an away trip 'down under' to Alderson FC. Playing attacking 4-5-1V against 4-4-2C, the visitors made heavy weather of it, going behind twice in the first half, but right-winger Shaqiri equalised between the home goals. Changed to defensive/counter in second-half and things turned round, left-winger Hansen netting twice and the defence locking it down to keep the home strikers at bay for a final score of 3-2. Arma suspended for next game after picking up late booking, first one for Casuals for 11 games. With the other match results in, Casuals increase lead at top to three points...

Terriers next, and they were at home to PSBL, just below them in table, and winners of a very tight game earlier in the season. Playing a modified 4-1-4-1 against 4-3N-3, again a game of few chances, and many blocks and saves, that ran out a 1-1 draw, defenders Clare and Gorrono combining, the latter forcing the ball home. Another injury for the Terriers, this time MC/DMC Silny suffering a 7-day Hamstring Grade 3, meaning he will be out for the rest of the season. A covering DC/DMC was picked out of the transfer market:

The unfortunate player released by Terriers to make way was DC Luke George. Terriers remain in 6th position, but have lost another 2 points on the leaders.

Now when I see the hour of tomorrow's CL matches is when I think that the betetr option was... to change league matches to 11:30... to have 6 hours.. 3 after 3 before without matches and the CL matches programmed in the afternoon... lol
(-.-)''' I always think in the cards, ohh yeah, count the cards, he say ,don't miss players in the finals, he say,,, and change league matches, then the server can not put CL matches in this time,,,,,
(-.-)''' now coz I did not listened to myself I can not attend both CL matches coz will be out during mornin' LOL
I can change the time of my CL game but not to maKe it earlier, only later but not my league game, so I only have three hours between games. How is that fair?! Considering I am challenging for the title and in the CL semi final, surely the games should have more of break, or do Nordeus want me to use all the green packs I've been saving.
what a game two hattricks from midfielders and 85% efficiency on shots

Very solid showing on the road. He'll have his 8* DR back for next leg and i'll be w/o Roiz due to yellow card accumulation; so must run something other than 4-3n-3 next time. But what? Time to start game planning!!!
Valle de Escotia won 5-2 in Cup :o
a troll draw has seen our lead cut to 6 points :(
Injury storm back up again. My second with a double injury on the same spot. My MC gets injured by a player. Gets replaced by MC. After 60 minutes that MC is injured also. Seriously? No worries. Lets heal one MC.
Hmmm, have some energy to spare, so lets play a friendly. 78th minute, my MC that has just been cured gets injured again. Seriously? That is my key player, for crying out loud :( 30 red packs down again sigh.
Wauw three players has been exceptional this season :D

Monday, 20th July, Palace teams report...
Order of play reversed today, Terriers played at lunchtime as has been customary recently, and Casuals had an early evening match.
Terriers started their triplet of games against 'I-6' teams with an away game at Beni FC. With the game at deadlock until after the hour mark, it would take something special to get a goal on the board. Terriers striker Jones eventually broke the home defence open and he passed to Moran, who made no mistake for his 21st goal of the season. Unfortunately for the visitors, the home team had a similar situation within sight of the last ten minutes and equalised for a 1-1 final score.
Casuals held top spot and knew that other results meant that they wouldn't lose that place unless they really slipped up, and their opponents ForzaGS were trying to keep a promotion slot so a cracking game was in order. As with the junior team, the match was deadlocked until well after half time and it took the striker swap to again kick the goal scoring machine in gear. Sub Neagu split the defence and fed a ball to midfielder Topalan and he scored from close range. The defence had held its nerve all game but it took a double corner in the 88th minute to break the home side's heart as ForzaGS equalised to make the final score 1-1.
Peter! Seems like today was turkish beater :o

2-1 away win in the champions league as Sneijder fired home the 90th minute winner.
League: Pretty much wrapped up, as the cushion is at 12 points...
31 games played.
20 Man of the match awards.
56 Goals.
39 Assists.
As far as debut seasons go Foster is having a cracker.

Comfortably topping the goal scoring and assist charts in the league. With 5 games left of the season to go he also boasts a 9.16 Average rating - having played in every league game so far this season. A superb run for him.
i wish i had the money to train players to 9 stars
Sons of Pitches are still in 2nd place with winnable matches ahead in the next couple of rounds.
We won CL away match 0-3 so the home leg should be a walk in the park although we keep scratching our heads on how to win the final.
The prospect of a double trophy season is giving the manager and the playing squad something to fight for but will they be victorious in their quest?
"Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I assure you, it's much more serious than that" - Bill Shankly
another draw which sees lead cut to 4 points but was against only team to have bean us so maybe a good point
Rocket Hotspur went down by a goal to nil in the first leg at home to CL opponents, and will have it all to do tomorrow morning to turn it around away from home.
Meanwhile, in the league game that was played a measly three hours later, we made it 4 wins in a row since being beaten by 1st place, and moved back into 2nd, with a 3-2 win.
It was comfortable as we were 2-0 up with 25 minutes to go, but the opposition hit back with 2 quick goals to level it in 75 mins, but the team managed to create a few more chances and got the winner with a 78th minute goal when MC O'Toole smashed in a long range effort giving the keeper no chance.
We play the form team tonight, who have won 6 on the bounce in the league, but we should have enough to get through it, at home anyway
We've also picked up three injuries in the last three games, so we only have 5 fit defenders available at the moment.
5-0 away win, oh and 1st time 3 players get a rating of 10! Chuffed manager!! Last 3 matches are going to be tough.
